CCC’s Salesforce Team is growing and is looking for an experienced Salesforce.com Administrator who is well versed in business analysis, technical requirements, system configuration, change/release management, and user support
This is a great opportunity to learn and implement Salesforce’s latest applications (Billing & CPQ, Communities and Wave), which will modernize our service and sales operations.

Job Duties
Responsibilities / Duties
• Work with Stakeholders and Business Leaders to identify and deliver new capabilities and efficiencies, as well as prioritize backlog
• Provide ongoing support and training for complex business processes; identify pain points and deliver continuous improvements
• Ensure assigned projects and tasks are delivered on time, meet the specified requirements, are of high quality, and follow group best practices
• Track work progress/status; identify risks and constraints, escalate issues as necessary
• Manages operational aspects of Saleforce.com with a focus on system configuration, standardization, data integration, data quality, and technical issue resolution
• Participates in and provides Salesforce.com expertise/best practices to large cross-functional projects
• Identifies business problems and delivers solutions that meet organizational needs
• Collaborates with peers, stakeholders, and consultants on complex work; leads Team, cross-functional, and Design/Code Review meetings; provides end-user training as needed
• Monitors inbound support requests, assigning accordingly and completing promptly; identifies and implements new ways to automate common/repeated scenarios
• Participates in formal governance and change/release management processes
• Maintains Project and System documentation
• Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountibilities of the job required
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical administrator role
* User and/ or support experience with Salesforce a plus
* Experience with Windows Operating Systems (both Client and Server) and Microsoft Office Suites
* High attention to detail; elevated level of concern about keeping the platform running smoothly
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently while keeping management informed of all activities
* Problem solving skills and are must
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
