  • Market Track is seeking a skilled Salesforce administrator to join the Sales Operation Team. In this position, the administrator will be the technical and subject matter expert of Salesforce and support the CPQ Applications Manager. Although heavy coding is not expected, the ideal candidate will have a technical aptitude and a proven background in Salesforce configuration. The Sales Operations department is new and rapidly growing, meaning assigned projects will run the range from basic data loads and de-duping data to building Custom Objects and creating complex workflows. Until the team is larger, this role will also include the day to day support of new hires and building out dashboards.

    Responsibilities Include

    • Maintain data integrity within Salesforce.com
    • Optimize tool functionality
    • Ability to Develop Custom Objects, Build Custom Profiles and User Roles
    • Familiarity with Demand Tools or other data loading tools
    • Manage tools that sit on Salesforce including Jira, NetSuite, CPQ, Docusign etc.
    • Have a holistic understanding of company-wide Salesforce.com usage, capabilities, and limitations
    • Up-to-date on Salesforce release notes and able to identify opportunities for new functionality in our org
    • Autonomy; requires no management involvement to see projects through; executes solutions without prompting
    • Comfortable working in Sprint Style environment with fast and moving deadlines
    • Able to rebalance workload based on shifting priorities
    • Act as a mentor to new junior Salesforce Coordinator
    • Provide excellent customer service to end users, teammates, and stakeholders
    • Able to display critical thinking skills; specifically, be objective, display reason, interpret information, make inferences from data, and apply solid judgement in decision making.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • 3 -5 years of hands-on Salesforce.com experience is required
    • Experience with the Sales Cloud and the Service Cloud is required
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize multiple projects, and be a proactive problem solver, work under deadlines
    • Advanced Excel User required (VLookUps, HLookUps, SumIFANDOR Formulas, Pivot Tables, Index Match etc.)
    • Highly skilled in declarative coding required.
    • Knowledge in Apex and Visualforce preferred.
