ThinkMarkets is seeking a strong Salesforce developer to take a lead role in architecting and building Salesforce and multi-channel sales and marketing solutions for ThinkMarkets. The key focus will lie on thinking creatively to leverage the strengths of the Salesforce to make seamless integrations with internal as well as external applications possible. In this role, you will be collaborating with project managers, sales and marketing departments, and developers working on different layers of our business. A successful candidate will possess an unparalleled commitment to understanding the business process flow, and understanding application workflow and general commitment to quality of the customer facing as well as internal applications.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing Salesforce integrations with third party as well as first party APIs and Data.
• Identifying opportunities for promoting process efficiency, simplification, and improving application performance
• Analyzing downstream and client process impact and make recommendations
• Gathering business, functional, and high-level technical requirements from a variety of stakeholders
• Providing input for programming approach, tools, and techniques that best meet the business requirements and oversees development standards
• Creating accurate test plans, conditions, and conduct
• Defining and managing process by which support and technical assistance is performed
• Performs coding of highly complex modules as a subject matter expert

Requirements:

• Experience working with Salesforce API’s and general connectivity/integration best practices
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript & NodeJS development framework
• At least 4 or more years of Salesforce development experience
• Experience with Lightning custom and out of the box components
• Must have historical and proven knowledge and practical application of Visualforce, APEX programming, and Web Services
• Knowledge of general Web Services concepts such as SOAP, REST, HTTP etc is a must
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines in an Agile environment
• Mastery of data types, algorithms, object oriented programming
• Salesforce Certification
• Experience with database software, Platform as a Service solutions
• Experience with integrating Salesforce with multiple internal applications
