We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to take a lead role in architecting and building multi-channel sales and marketing solutions for ThinkMarkets within Salesforce. The focus of this role will lie with creatively leveraging the strengths of the Salesforce application to make seamless integrations with internal and external applications possible. In this role, you will be collaborating with project managers, sales and marketing departments, and developers working on various layers of the business. A successful candidate will possess an unparalleled commitment to understanding the business process and application workflow as well as ensuring the quality of customer facing and internal applications. 

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and develop Salesforce integrations with third parties as well as first party APIs and Data
• Develop workflows, logic, and data architecture within Salesforce to support business processes
• Identify opportunities for promoting process efficiency, simplification, and improving application performance
• Analyze downstream and client process impact and make recommendations
• Gather business, functional, and high-level technical requirements from a variety of stakeholders
• Provide input for programming approach, tools, and techniques that best meet business requirements and oversee development standards
• Create accurate test plans, conditions, and conduct
• Provide third-level support for Salesforce incidents and defects
• Perform highly complex coding modules as a subject matter expert (SME)

Requirements:

• Experience working with Salesforce API’s and general connectivity/integration best practices
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript & NodeJS development framework
• At least 4 or more years of Salesforce development experience
• Experience with Lightning custom and out of the box components
• Must have historical and proven knowledge and practical application of Visualforce, APEX programming, and Web Services
• Knowledge of general Web Services concepts such as SOAP, REST, HTTP etc. is a must
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines in an Agile environment
• Mastery of data types, algorithms, object-oriented programming
• Salesforce Developer or Architect Certification
• Experience with database software, Platform as a Service solutions
• Experience with integrating Salesforce with multiple internal applications
• Experience applying software development lifecycle methodologies to Salesforce development, including source code control, automated testing, change management and promotion, and secure management of test data
