About the Role
The Security Analyst is responsible for administering, organizing, and maintaining all GDPR and security inquiry related activities as a primary responsibility. Secondary responsibilities will help with product site reliability. This individual will be the face of and be accountable for delivering a professional level of service to vendors who have submitted security or GDPR inquiries. He/she will accomplish this by coordinating with any requestors, manage the compliance calendar, quarterback any recurring reviews and work with the Subject Matter Experts for follow ups.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate resources and knowledge to promptly answer inquiries in SLA timeframe
- Communicate with people necessary to complete any security inquiry
- Tenaciously tackle any hurdles in your way to get responses complete
- Facilitate and track project progress including schedule, resources, communication, budgets, and risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and weekly reports
- Handle GDPR requests relating to data access, unsubscribe and erasure requests
- Help create and then maintain Infosec policy
- Responsible for annual pen test and application scans
- Monitor site performance and error logs to ensure uptime and security compliance.
