Position Summary

We’re in need of a highly motivated, full-stack software engineer to help guide the development life cycle for our new online and mobile platforms.

This role requires a passionate individual with a “take ownership” mentality for delivering and maintaining a high-quality, reliable code base. You will be responsible for adding new functionality and features, ensuring scalability, improving performance, and enhancing design. You will interact across all departments and work directly with our highly skilled staff to help us meet our objectives.

We are an agile environment, often deploying changes a few times per week so you (and our clients) will quickly experience the impact you are making.

Tech Stack

JavaScript, React, TypeScript, CSS, C#, .NET, Jenkins, GIT, JQuery, AJAX, IIS, WCF, ZeroMQ, REST, Web Sockets, MS SQL, FIX protocol

Responsibilities Include

• Full-stack and full life cycle development of our new web and mobile applications
• Extend functionality of our REST API
• Work collaboratively with product design, development team, and outside vendors to implement new features and systems
• Work closely across departments to troubleshoot issues and carry out urgent fixes as necessary

Basic Qualifications

• BA/BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years of experience in Web development including JavaScript, React, Rest API, .NET using C#, and Microsoft SQL Server
• 5+ years of full life cycle software development experience using object-oriented languages
• Experience with and enjoy working in a fast-paced, flexible workplace
• Highly motivated, self-starter, lifetime learner, capable of working both independently and within an interactive team 

Desired Qualifications

• Experience or interest in financial services, especially equities and options trading
• Programming experience in a multi-threaded, service-oriented environment
