This position will be based in our Chicago, IL, office.

We are looking for a Development lead for the entire platform who can own all the products and be Hands-on with mobile automation. Candidate should have 10-12 years of total experience, and be hands on with heavy focus on building Mobile Automation platform using Appium supporting Production and other dev environments. Candidate should have good knowledge in Java (or Kolin/Swift/Golang), Springboot. Nice to have working knowledge in Mongo and Kafka, but not necessary ( Mobile Automation using Appium 70% and Java 30%)

Responsibilities:
- Need someone who understands what it takes to develop but is more hands on technical lead rather than a pure developer; more played role of lead/SDET.
- Help analyzing and supporting critical issues and challenges faced in Production using automation
- 7 to  9 years of experience in automating Mobile & Web Apps on various operating systems(Android, iOS, Web)·
- Minimum 5 yrs of hands on experience and good knowledge about framework, automation strategy, scripting, execution, and reporting ·
- Ability to work with different project stakeholders independently and deliver QA deliverables like test plan, test cases, testing using automation and manual
- Agile/Scrum and Onsite & Offshore Co-ordination
- Understanding of the modern web application including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web services and relevant areas
- Own the enterprise platform and signoff for release by putting necessary processes in place, testing using automation and manual

Skills:
- 7 to  9 years of experience in automating Mobile & Web Apps on various operating systems(Android, iOS, Web)·
- Good hands on experience in Automation Testing (Appium ,Selenium, Java, Jenkins, Maven),
- Minimum 5 yrs of hands on experience and good knowledge about framework, automation strategy, scripting, execution, and reporting ·
- Onsite /Offshore model experience (experience working with multi-location teams)
- Very good hands on experience in JIRA, for test case and defect management
- Agile/Scrum and Onsite & Offshore Co-ordination
- 6-8 years of strong Java programming skills.
- 6-8 years of Appium, iOS & Android test automation development and designing experience.
- Mobile testing framework design and knowledge, Mobile testing experience (iOS, Android, Web).
- Experience with the Selenium, Web driver and other UI testing frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools, with demonstrated experience in an SDET role.
- Understanding of the modern web application including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web services and relevant areas.
