About the Position

As a Front-End Software Engineer at Nerdery, you'll have the opportunity to work on projects for a wide range of clients. You'll be using standard technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular on most projects; however, you'll also have the opportunity to take on stretch assignments to help you reach your personal development goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand business needs and create technical solutions

• Provide technical feedback and leadership to other team members

• Review and intake assets from our partners and provide feedback on the technical implications

• Compose maintainable, scalable, and modular client-side architecture and that integrates well with a diverse set of back-end platforms

• Document key aspects of a project for the client, and other team members

• Contribute to our collective brainpower through innovation and peer review

• You are comfortable contributing in Angular, Javascript, HTML, and CSS

What’s Next

After you submit your application, you’ll talk with a Nerdery Talent Advocate. Our Talent Advocate will answer any questions you have about the job and validate that you’re the person we’re looking for. From there, our team will ask about a personal code sample that you can share with our team to demonstrate your skillset.  Our team will review your shared work and you will have a technical screen with one of our engineers before coming onsite and meeting with additional Nerdery teammates.
