Senior Front-End Software Engineer
Who We Need:
SwipeSense is building the connected hospital platform of the future. As a senior front-end engineer, you will be creating products that use insights from our platform to create real change in organizations through compelling and delightful interfaces and experiences. Our product is change - and this starts with the experiences you will be creating!
As a senior engineer in our organization, you will be working with the entire engineering team (firmware engineering, back-end engineering, data science, etc) to create these products and experiences. Your ability to work well in cross-functional teams is critical and your ability to inspire is essential to making the best products possible. You will also be helping make architecture and design-level decisions that will have a direct impact on our workflows and standards as a company.
At SwipeSense, we like to live on the bleeding edge – we are always questioning and rebuilding core components of our platform to meet the scaling demands of the future. As a member of a small team, your ideas will carry weight; you should have strong opinions around what you’re building and how it’s being built. Most importantly, as we are a startup, you must be comfortable balancing business needs and time-to-market, and make tradeoffs where appropriate.
