Senior Intune & SCCM End User Computing Engineer

Major Duties :

Architecting, deploying and supporting Microsoft Modern Management platforms which includes Intune, SCCM, Cloud Management Gateway, Windows Autopilot, Co-management, MEM and Azure Portal.

Responsibilities:

Intune

  • Infrastructure design, architecture setup with Intune
  • Microsoft Endpoint Management - Responsible for device management, maintaining the Intune/Autopilot environment OSD creation/maintenance, application packaging/deployment, Windows patching, hardware specs, etc.
  • Administer, integrate and co-management (Intune-SCCM)
  • Device Management - JAMF and Intune MDM
  • Setup of Policies
  • M365 Security Products (Microsoft Defender ATP, MDAV, Azure RMS)
  • Microsoft Windows 10 Security and Management (Bitlocker, MBAM, DeviceGuard, Credential Guard)
  • Windows 10 driver, power utility

SCCM

  • Distribution points - Capacity constraints in distribution points
  • AD/GPO/Azure Cloud integration
  • Maintaining and managing SCCM servers, setting up Distribution points - Capacity constraints in distribution points
  • Work along with 3rd party vendors to troubleshoot core application and patch deployment issues.

Required:

Intune Skills:

  • In depth expertise in Autopilot, Co-management, Conditional Access, device policies, MAM for IOS and Android), in depth understanding in Azure Active Directory and Office 365, Security (LAPS, Bitlocker, Windows Hello for Business, Certificate 802.1X)
  • Good experience in Microsoft Cloud/Hybrid Cloud Management. Onboarding and configuring and transition to cloud
  • Exposure around Integration and Network security
  • Understanding of LAN, WAN & voice network environments, routing protocols, various technology architectures including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN
  • Extensive hands on support experience of supporting Windows 10 and the O365 Office suite of programs

SCCM skills:

  • Experience around Setting up SCCM 2016 Servers, Distribution Servers , Site Servers
  • Experience with WSUS and Patch Management using SCCM
  • Strong working experience with GPOs - Ability to work on Package Distribution, Patch management and release management troubleshooting
  • Experience around handling, configuring and distributing PAC files
  • In-depth knowledge of scripting languages such as Powershell, Active Directory group policy, Orchestration, and automation
  • Knowledge of ITSM

Experience

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
  • 8-12 years of SME engineering knowledge of SCCM and Intune
  • Knowledge in Microsoft cloud technologies such M365, Azure AD, EMS licensing, Windows Hello for Business, Azure AD Connect, Hybrid Joined devices and Azure Ad Joined devices
  • Have an expert level of Windows 10 administration
  • Knowledge and hands on experience in PowerShell scripting for automation
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Provisioning, Patching, Deployment and Management of Desktop and/or server environment.
  • Excellent ITSM Knowledge of Incident, Critical Incident and Change Management Process.
  • Demonstrated problem determination, analysis and resolution skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Related Industry qualification (e.g. MCP, MCSE)
