We're looking for a senior software developer to join our growing team. As a developer at Kohactive, you'll lead a small team to turn client ideas into web and mobile products. Working with a designer and other developers, you'll be responsible for building out robust digital products.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal developer can build production-ready applications with Ruby on Rails and a Javascript framework like Ember, Angular, or React. Well-qualified candidates have an excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Unix, deployment, performance, debugging, refactoring, design patterns, and other programming practices.

You'll lead a small team of developers while working with our product manager and designers to build and launch client projects. The right candidate loves to teach and mentor junior developers and help them grow professionally. You'll design and architect solutions to work with our internal team.

Very well-qualified candidates will also have experience with consulting and working with clients. As a senior developer, you'll work directly with clients to help shape their ideas and build the right software.
