bswift is a Chicago-based technology company that provides industry-leading benefits administration for employers and exchanges nationwide. We are currently looking for a Senior Developer, to join our team.

Position Summary: Individuals in this position get to develop and implement exciting new technology. The work environment is fast-paced and challenging with ample opportunity for professional and personal growth. The primary focus of this position is the development of benefits, enrollment, and HRIS web based software.

Qualifications:

·5+ years of experience in software development.

·Extensive experience using ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server

·Experience with JavaScript and jQuery

·Excellent problem solving skills and a good sense of urgency.

·Strong knowledge of interfacing systems.

·Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments.

·Ability to respond to rapidly changing market requirements.

·Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow through.

·Supports and develops other developers by providing advice.

Preferred Qualifications:

·Experience using Angular 2+

·Experience using Team Foundation Server

·Experience using an Agile methodology

Education:

Bachelor's Degree with specialization in Computer Science, Engineering, or related.
