Some of the main expectations for this role
-Current hands on development in Java/Spring, Python or NodeJS with emphasis on any one of 3 major cloud providers AWS (preferred), Google, Azure
-Passionate about DevOps/SRE practices such as Deployment pipelines, Automation around AWS services , NoSQL databases and messaging systems like Kafka
-Experience with well architected reviews of transactional systems on any Cloud Native platform is a plus.

Knowledge of Microservices architecture, design and business processes
Expertise in Distributed application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
4-5 years of current hands-on development and programming experience on any Object Oriented Programming Language in either Java/Python/NodeJS that are used in AWS n the context of Hybrid Cloud Automation
Experience with modern agile software delivery practices such as Scrum/Kanban, Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) and Automation using Jenkins or equivalent framework
Container Orchestration using native or managed Kubernetes and Infrsatstucture as Code tools such as Terraform and/or Ansible
Knowlegde of Spring & SpringBoot Framework
Experience with Database technologies such as SQL, No-SQL (ex. Cassandra, Dynamo DB)
Experience with data streaming, messaging and event driven systems such as Kafka, Kinesis, AWS MSK
Understanding of Security principles such as OAuth, Kerberos and KMS
Any Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles such as Choas Engineering and resiliency frameworks
Like to hear if you have any opensource contributions
College degree in computer science or software engineering or equivalent is required
Good verbal and written communication skills are required for the role
Experience or comfortable working in large distributed teams across the world
