We are looking to hire a technical lead with expertise of the Microsoft stack to join our growing software development team and modernize practice.

Each project will be different, but you’ll always be responsible for providing technical leadership and delivery throughout the software development lifecycle including design, development, testing and deployment. You’ll be required to lead both onshore and offshore development teams and therefore previous experience of working with delivery teams across different geographies will be essential in the success of this role.

What You’ll Definitely Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of full software development lifecycle experience designing, developing, testing and deploying high performing web applications in the Microsoft stack
• Modern Microsoft stack experience is essential including .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, C#
• Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and SQL – including ability to create relational data models
• Experience of cloud architecture – in particular Microsoft Azure.

What We’d Love to See

• Expertise in HTML/5, AJAX, JSON, CSS, JavaScript Frameworks (Angular, jQuery and Bootstrap)
• Experience of designing and implementing web services using WCF
• Experience of ORM Frameworks (Object Relational Mapping)
• Understanding of continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelining.
• Knowledge of agile development, test driven development (TDD) and SOID principals.
