Not to worry, though... as a Software Engineer on the PartySlate FUN-gineering Team you'll spend most of your time 30 stories below ground in our state-of-the-art, partially-ventilated Programming FUN Bunker where no party can reach you and no human can attempt to mingle with you.

As a Software Engineer at PartySlate you'll...

• Build new features for our website used by thousands of people daily.
• Use and help improve our evolving UX Design System.
• Estimating stories, story decomposition, and problem solving.
• Participate in code review.
• Pair with your fellow engineers.

Requirements

• 2+ years professional experience in front end development
• Experience with modern JavaScript ecosystem and tools
  • JavaScript ES2015+ (aka ES6+)
  • Babel
  • Webpack
  • NPM/Yarn
• Experience with React
• Experience with CSS, SCSS (preferred), or Less
• Familiarity with a testing framework, such as Jest (preferred), Mocha, or Enzyme
• Interest in helping us build out our Design Systems framework
• Familiarity with a data and/or state management system, such as GraphQL (preferred), Apollo (preferred), Mobx, or Relay.
