We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Digital group. You'll work as part of a full-stack agile development team to design and implement web applications.

The ideal candidate understands how to balance a desire for perfectionism with the need for pragmatism. You will integrate with and leverage our existing systems as you help build solutions.

What we will want you to do:
 

• Write quality code and build customer-facing web applications and associated API endpoints at a steady clip
• Contribute to a collaborative and innovative culture

 Skills or Experience we want you to have:

• At least 3 years in an agile environment
• Ability to interface with and influence other technical teams in support of broader goals
• At least 3 years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Experience in developing of observable systems with robust metrics and alerts
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Ability to thrive in a nimble and collaborative environment and drive success in unknown territory
