We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer to help build our cross-platform personalized healthcare and financial platform from the ground up!

As the senior test automation engineer on the team, you will get to solve real world problems that affect all of us and in turn make a huge impact in the healthcare space. You will help create a healthcare and financial wellness platform curated for each person via massive amounts of third party and internal data, and run through complex rules to deliver targeted, proactive health and financial wellness solutions, at scale. What You Might Do in Your First Year:

• Design, implement, and own test frameworks/automation for mobile and web GUIs, backend services, and integration APIs in collaboration with Product, Design & Engineering teams
• Stay close to the technology – tooling, frameworks, processes, automation
• Ship features rapidly and with quality to production and use A/B tests to drive decisions on user experiences with the product, user experience and rest of the engineering team.
• Ensure that project plan and roadmap goals are met on time
• Perform manual testing to understand features & architecture of products
• Develop test result metrics & reporting
• Raise issues, risks, and quality shortfalls / opportunities

About You in the Role:

• Go-to expert in an area of the codebase; understands the broad architecture of the entire system. (We'd love it if you have a degree in Computer Science or a related field.)
• Expert level knowledge of automating tests & building test frameworks for mobile apps
• Knowledge of Selenium, Detox, Enzyme, Cavy
• Experience with the structure and testing of GraphQL/REST API's
• Experience in testing cloud based systems
• Have built mobile apps that naturally include offline persistence mode
• Intellectual curiosity to pursue the unknown and to continuously learn
• Excellent communication skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and willing to shift priorities seamlessly
