Join Rally Health as a UI Engineer where you will build and reusable UI components You will work on the HealthSafe ID (HSID) team which powers the identity and access for a suite of products. You will help expand the platform to support over 150M users across every health experience. As part of the HSID team you will report to an Engineering Manager and work with other engineering and product teams. You Will:

  • Work with a team comprised of diverse skills, building engaging user interfaces
  • Breathe life into static mocks with CSS animations, transitions and visual effects
  • Build scalable features that are lightweight and fast for the user
  • Develop responsive web apps that look and work great across multiple devices
  • Work with a team to create scalable and accessible solutions.
  • Code in CSS, SCSS, JavaScript and JavaScript-based frameworks such as Angular and React.
  • Build features and improve code in a single page application.
  • Manage code changes using Git and GitHub.
  • Perform code review using GitHub.

You Have:

  • 4+ years experience with modern JS libraries and frameworks like Angular and React
  • Experience using RESTful APIs and asynchronous JS
  • Experience with modern best practices for writing automated tests for JS and UI components
  • Experience with HTML & CSS
  • Experience with capabilities and differences among popular desktop and mobile web browsers
  • Experience with browser performance best practices
  • Experience with Java and Spring framework
  • Experience and/or interest with Authorization frameworks like oAuth 2.0, SAML or OpenID Connect
  • Experience with HTTP, AJAX, cookies, caching and HTML5 web storage
  • Experience creating accessible web applications (WCAG 2.0 or 508)
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical role or equivalent experience
