Our work directly benefits the millions of Americans who can’t afford traditional financial advice, by providing them a solution driven by software. Working with the world’s leading financial institutions, our software tackles the complex challenges of providing financial advice through an intuitive and engaging user experience.

JOIN OUR TEAM

We're looking for a talented and highly motivated Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. NextCapital works with a number of financial institutions, and provides many different financial offerings to investors, so our software must be highly configurable. In order to support our vision of providing digital solutions for all use cases in the financial industry, NextCapital must be able to rapidly push new features with high levels of reliability.

NextCapital relies on top engineering talent to scale and achieve this vision. Site Reliability Engineers at NextCapital work on infrastructure, data, reporting, devops, and more, to ensure that every NextCapital investor receives an optimal experience. Site Reliability Engineers do not simply fix defects and work on production support issues. Site Reliability Engineers write software and add features to NextCapital’s code base to increase overall system reliability, and allow NextCapital to scale its assets under management without also scaling its defects and production support issues.
