Position Description:

FTD, LLC is seeking a Digital Testing and Optimization Specialist who is innovative, data-driven, and forward-thinking to add to our newly created Commercial Growth team. You will deliver against the website optimization and customized experience strategies across the website and other touchpoints. You will work cross-functionally across many groups, including Product, Design, Analytics, and Engineering, to rapidly launch, analyze, and iterate upon multiple site experiments. This role will lead the creation and execution of our roadmap and champion a new culture of experimentation and growth focus.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the growth lead to champion the experimentation program and cultivate a data-first culture by educating and empowering product and marketing teams to design high-quality experiments
  • Manage the lifecycle of an experiment, which involves building, launching, analyzing, and iterating upon A/B tests to optimize subscriber growth experiences and maximize conversions across various channels and platforms
  • Establishes and maintains a global process to govern and educate business teams around testing/personalization
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Finance, and Analytics to estimate the business impact of experiments, evaluate the technical feasibility and prioritize an experimentation and product roadmaps
  • Generate insights and recommendations based on analytics or previous test results to improve upon existing product experiences; ability to define requirements for new features, increasing FTD's value to customers
  • Identify strategic opportunities for testing to advance FTD's business goals and develop a hypothesis library by leveraging quantitative and qualitative data, including survey results and customer research
  • Collaborate with the UX design team to 1) ideate on innovative solutions that address both user and business problems and 2) create compelling customer experiences
  • Digital Personalization Strategy Experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 2+ years of experience with digital optimization testing tools Optimizely, Google Optimize, or Adobe Target (formerly called Omniture SiteCatalyst) and ability to read and give recommendations on results
  • 2+ years experience with optimizing Conversion funnels, Site analytics, Site Testing, CRM and Marketing Systems in a B2B business environment
  • Debug troubleshoot and fix the configuration and integration issue
  • Proven experience with the implementation of A/B tests with clear defined KPIs
  • Experience with a web analytics tool (Adobe Analytics preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
  • A natural sense of urgency, initiative, and a positive team player philosophy to be reflected in daily work ethics

Nice to have:

  • Basic understanding of HTML, Javascript, JQuery, CSS, a significant plus.
  • Experience working in retail eCommerce #LI-DM1
