bswift is a Chicago-based technology company that provides industry-leading benefits administration for employers and exchanges nationwide. We are currently looking for a Developer, to join our team.

Position Summary: Individuals in this position get to develop and implement exciting new technology. The work environment is fast-paced and challenging with ample opportunity for professional and personal growth. The primary focus of this position is the development of benefits, enrollment, and HRIS web based software.

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience in software development.

· Experience using ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server

· Experience with JavaScript and jQuery

· Excellent problem solving skills and a good sense of urgency.

· Capable of recognizing how impacts to business process or requirements would translate to necessary application changes.

· Basic understanding of interfacing systems.

· Ability to respond to rapidly changing market requirements.

· Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow through.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience using Angular 2+

· Experience using Team Foundation Server

· Experience using an Agile methodology

Education:

Bachelor's Degree with specialization in Computer Science, Engineering, or related.
