What you can expect to be doing:
As an Application Development Software Engineer, you will be developing next-generation Interactive Voice Response application solutions using the latest frameworks and tools. As a member of the Engineering team, you will design, develop, and deploy application solutions for the company's expanding list of clients using advanced call processing, speech, and network technologies. We are adding a Software Engineer to our team and we'd like to know if you think you fit the bill. You will if you:

To be considered for this position you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience with C/C++
- A strong understanding of Object-Oriented software development techniques
- Proven track record of developing high-quality software
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate with developers, executive managers, external customers, and other stakeholders
- Effective time-management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and passion for the quality of work
- Strong desire to learn and take ownership
- Familiarity with UNIX/Linux/OSX
Additional qualifications include:
- Experience with Jenkins or other build servers
- Experience with Agile development practices
- Experience with SQL Server or other databases
- Scripting experience in Shell (bash, zsh, etc.) as well as in Python or Perl
- Knowledge of best practices and IT operations for carrier-grade, highly-available services.
