POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Software Engineer, you will participate in all aspects of software development (design, development, testing, maintenance, support) of the business’s Research Administration applications.  This is a hands-on development role responsible for design, implementation, and lifecycle management of Huron’s Employee Compensation Compliance (ECC) solution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required: 
-    Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
-    1-3 years of experience in software product and test development with complex systems and/or application software.
-    Experience in the development of web-based, Service Oriented Architecture solutions
-    Experience working with Java, J2EE, and substantial skills in web markup and scripting languages (HTML, XHTML, XML, AJAX, JQuery, CSS, JavaScript, and XSLT)

Preferred:
-    Hibernate or other ORM technologies experience
-    iOS and/or Android mobile development experience
