You have:

• Incredible coding skills. You have a demonstrated ability to consistently ship high-quality code.
• Empathetic communication. Your peers turn to you to clearly communicate and advocate for others.
• Aptitude for solving nebulously-defined problems.
• Experience working with Google Cloud or AWS.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Comfort wearing a lot of hats in a quickly changing environment. This means being comfortable with our full stack but also doing feature specifications or representing the company at an event.

We would be particularly excited if you have:

• Professional experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or React
• Deep understanding of Django
• 2 years’ experience as a professional software developer
• Deep understanding of MySQL
• Professional experience reading and validating assumptions from metrics
