The Impact You Will Make
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and grow their careers.

- Bring real time stream processing to help our business evolve faster and more efficiently
- Define the processes needed to achieve operational excellence
- Provide technical guidance and roll up your sleeves with hands-on contributions
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Programming or Engineering related field.
- 7+ years experience in data engineering in an enterprise-scale company or a related domain.
- 1-2+ years of hands-on management experience.
- Experience with distributed data and computing tools like Kafka, Spark, Hive and Presto
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to operate in a fast moving environment
- Strong hands-on experience with distributed system design, system scaling and performance optimization
- Ability to review and write code
- Experience using cloud infrastructure like AWS
