Job Duties
Software Engineers 2 for Chicago, IL location. Analyze, monitor, maintain and troubleshoot enterprise-wide monitoring systems, applications and related infrastructure. Identify and resolve issues. Interface with teams and provide feedback to the IT support operation. Perform Layer 7 debugging and analysis. Diagnose and differentiate L1-4 issues from L7 HTTP, HTML and others. Design and test system plans and procedures. Research technical solutions to business problems and correct defects. Qualifications
*Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems/Technologies/Assurance or Computer Engineering or any Engineering field plus two years of experience in the job offered or with software development/monitoring required.
