Position Description

• Devise, execute, and document detailed test plans and test cases based on requirements  
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and Data Analytics team to develop a QA plan and lead execution by engagement 
• Ensure “traceability” of test cases to requirements, working with the Business Analyst and other stakeholders to ensure that all requirements and objectives are met 
• Clearly document that any gaps found during QA are documented and addressed

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 
• 2-4 years of relevant QA or Testing experience, ideally in a product or software company 
• Experience in an agile and flexible environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical audiences  
• Demonstrates an analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Advanced knowledge of SQL
• Experience in the healthcare industry and/or with common healthcare data sources is ideal
