Position Details

• The Solutions Engineer will work with large enterprise clients to ensure successful installation and onboarding with CardX.
• The Solutions Engineer will have the ability to understand client requirements, make strategic recommendations based on the CardX product offerings, and translate client feedback into future development objectives.
• This position requires prior full-time experience as a software developer, strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively with multiple client stakeholder teams ranging from accounting and treasury to developers, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Candidates with a love of technical problem solving, strong work ethic, and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences alike will excel in this role.

What to Expect

• Leading technical integration projects with best-in-class enterprise clients seeking to use the CardX solution
• Manage CardX internal teams to ensure resource availability for client integrations
• Work effectively with the business leadership of client companies to ensure successful processor setup and onboarding
• Coordinate with partner companies (e.g., integrated partners, processors, gateways, sales partners, etc.) to understand business and technical requirements to ensure successful setup
• Define and stream integration processes within a fast-growing organization
