Duties:

Design solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Work with the development team to manage the backlog, prioritize stories and develop enhancements and defects. Deliver effective and timely solutions to OCC users through the application of business rules, client scripts, UI policies and configuration of forms and workflows. Build, configure and support integrations between Service Now and other internal and external applications using SOAP/REST. Apply Agile development principles and attend daily standup, sprint planning and backlog grooming meetings with business partners. Partner with various departments to define and document process, strive for operational excellence and translate business problems to solutions. Define and document processes, capture functional requirements, assess technology solutions, generate use cases, create functional designs, document training plans, analyze data migration needs. Implement and administer ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change) Management processes, building service catalog, CMDB maintenance and custom application development in ServiceNow. Set up the SCCM integration with ServiceNow to gather all the server, computer, and network related information in CMDB. Develop scripted REST APIs to integrate ServiceNow’s Procurement Module with Oracle ERP Cloud. Support development of a variety of applications: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Portal & UI development, Asset Management, Service Catalog, Project Portfolio Management & Security Operations. *This position qualifies for The Options Clearing Corporation’s Employee Referral Program.*

Education & Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree in MIS, IT or engineering and three (3) years of experience as a ServiceNow developer.

Special Skills Required:

Must have work experience with each of the following: 1. Implementation and administration of ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change) Management processes, building service catalog, CMDB maintenance and custom application development in ServiceNow; 2. Setting up the SCCM integration with ServiceNow to gather all the server, computer, and network related information in CMDB; and 3. Developing scripted REST APIs to integrate ServiceNow’s Procurement Module with Oracle ERP Cloud.

Salary

$114,400.00 - $134,645.00
