We're looking for a great Robotics Process Automation Analyst to work on some of the cutting edge technologies in the industry and to changing the business process automation landscape. . We work in small, self-managing, collaborative and agile teams to implement stuff quickly.

 

Job Description

The Sr. Analyst- Robotics Process Automation (RPA)  will be responsible for the solution development to execution of RPA throughout the organization. They will work with internal business and operational stakeholders to evaluate areas for automation, increasing operational throughput and output, and optimizing overall efficiency. The manager will oversee a team of robotics engineers, managing pipeline and prioritization to drive design and development of solutions to meet business and operational requirements.

 

Job Responsibilities

Delivery of RPA solutions within the operational environment through:

  • Working with internal operational and business stakeholders to evaluate identified areas of  process inefficiency to derive solutions increasing throughput and output.

  • Leveraging your RPA knowledge to design solutions to solve for these areas using robotics.

  • Ability to appropriately manage changes with operational and business stakeholders by providing current and future state business processes.

  • Manage pipeline and prioritization of requests based on business impact and rapidity to market.

  • Managing a team of robotics engineers, ensuring the team is executing against priority and business impact.

 

  • 3-5 years experience with RPA solutions or testing automation, preferably customized solutions.

  • Fluency with Python and Selenium, ideally also fluent in Javascript, Ruby.

  • Proven product/project management experience and the ability to balance multiple, large scale projects effectively.

  • Highly experienced in designing and building technology solutions for large scale organizations, including corporate architecture and infrastructure design and system integration methodologies.

  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with multiple departments in a multinational setting.

  • Schedule flexibility to align to a global operational environment.
