Overview

We need an experienced agile proponent, with a real passion for shipping software, to guide and coach our engineering and product teams.

What you’ll do

Champion the adoption of common agile tools and methodologies across the organization
Establish a data-driven culture and a structured and disciplined approach to agile processes
Coordinate multiple teams towards on-time delivery of committed features
Help build a productive team environment where teamwork and group problem solving is encouraged
Takes a coach/mentor approach to help teams adopt an attitude of continuous improvement
Support the organization on Agile practices
Help identify, mitigate and remove impediments for your teams
Lead and guide teams through influence
Challenge all assumptions by asking questions in the spirit of building quality products
Facilitate good processes and solutions based on modern software development patterns and practices

Who you are

5+ years of experience in leading, growing, and scaling agile team
Experience with shipping software in an agile process (Scrum, Kanban, etc)
You are a very strong communicator
You are comfortable with the rapid pace of a company in growth mode and the change that occurs as the business evolves and changes
You are not afraid to learn from mistakes and share them with the team
You take full ownership of your work and take responsibility every step of the way
You are a self-starter, a great teammate, and strong driver for results and continual improvement.
A CSM or equivalent certification
