What You'll Bring
Protecting the health and wellness of our associates and candidates considering a career at TransUnion is our highest priority. In supporting this vision, our recruitment and new hire experience for this role is fully virtual for the time being. Candidates interviewing will get to know our team over the phone and video, and this role will operate virtually upon hire until we return to the office. Even though we’re not physically together right now, our goal is to provide you a supportive candidate and new hire experience that will immerse you in our culture and set you up for success at TransUnion.
Ability to collaborate with Business Executives, Architecture, Delivery and Product teams to define, plan & execute on TransUnion’s strategic Cloud transformation program.
Knowledge & experience in establishing Cloud capabilities within large enterprises. This includes identifying core infrastructure/technology capabilities necessary to integrate Cloud & SaaS solutions securely into our enterprise. (Network, Security, CI/CD Pipelines, Cloud Services, Operational Readiness)
Knowledge & experience with AWS & Azure, it’s services & capabilities for hosting new and existing (migrated) applications/solutions.
Knowledge & experience in managing complex programs that require high level of input from distributed & shared cross-functional teams
Knowledge & experience with hybrid cloud & traditional infrastructure technologies.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, including the ability to lead architecture & engineering discussions with global teams operating in an Agile / Scrum delivery model.
Ability to drive global organizational change, balance business requirements with IT initiatives, provide technical leadership, & manage execution on critical initiatives.
Ability to facilitate large workshops with technology & business teams to identify requirements, make decisions quickly, seek alignment and/or mitigate risk.
Lead, mentor, and coach technologists across the globe.
Exceptional communication and follow through skills with global & diverse audiences - Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
Anticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur.
BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a strong technical IT environment.
We’d Love to See:
Knowledge base & experience in Cloud (AWS, Azure), automation, core infrastructure technologies, information security and cloud migration.
Experience in establishing Cloud capabilities in large enterprise and migration to cloud.
Ability to build value propositions/business cases and communicating within global delivery organizations & with senior executives (VP, SVP, EVP).
Impact You'll Make
Serve as a Leader within our Cloud Foundational Services team. Our Cloud Foundational Services team is responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end Cloud capabilities to support TransUnion’s strategic modernization program.
Deliver business value through the benefits of moving applications and platforms to scalable, modern platforms that leverage Cloud & SaaS technologies.
Your involvement in this program will be influential in driving key decisions that will shape how Cloud & SaaS platforms are adopted within TransUnion. Including network, security and operational capabilities
Drive organizational change on how technology and applications are designed and managed.
Occasional travel will be required.
