What You'll Bring
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 – all services – with emphasis on email
Strong organizational skills and ability to take on multiple assignments
Identify and implement preventative maintenance and performance optimization solutions to meet operational and information security objectives
Excellent PowerShell scripting skills
Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to occasionally work or assign work during nights/weekends during critical incidents per on-call rotation or major project implementations
Impact You'll Make
Solution, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure all aspects of M365 and on-premise email systems.
Develop the technical design and operational procedures for Microsoft 365 and services within the technology scope of position
Support the configuration, implementation, and migration of on-premise and cloud email services to Microsoft 365
Support, operate, and maintain all on-premise and SAAS services related to email: Exchange 2016, Proofpoint
Provide end-user support for tickets related to M365 and on-premise services
Maintain a deep technical understanding of all aspects of Microsoft 365 with emphasis on email service
Strong knowledge of MSFT Exchange (2016), Proofpoint hygiene services, SMTP, email authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), and administration of mail related services
