This position will be based in our Chicago, IL, office.

Job Duties:

• Work with the product team to translate functional requirements into well-structured and maintainable automation code.

• Develop restful webservices and UI test automation suite using Selenium/Appium/Java.

• Develop performance test script using JMeter.

• Create overall test plan strategy and test plan based on functional requirement for the product.

• Participate and provide architecture and engineering inputs for technical initiatives championed within the organization.

• Help evaluate solutions/tools and help decisions around the use of new or existing software products and tools.

• Own the test automation framework and architecture. Will be responsible for testing and signing off product features for every sprint.

• Will own, drive and sign on on QA, UAT followed by Pre Prod and Prod release

Skills:

• At least 10 years of experience in manual and automation testing on both web and mobile

• Work with the product team to translate functional requirements/user stories into well structured and maintainable automation code

• Develop new and expand restful webservices using selenium automation suite for frontend web, native and backend services with high code coverage using java

• Deep experience in writing performance stress scripts using JMeter

• Have deep experience in creating test strategy and test plans for both mobile and web offerings

• Experience in manual testing for both web and native apps, reviewing and been responsible for QA sign off for product
