We are obsessed with creating a joyful and automatic DevOps experience, consistent across clouds and datacenters, for our users.

A day in the life...

Author software to drive capacity and resiliency testing using Go, Selenium, and Open Source.

Test, Deploy, and Operate the Capacity and Resiliency test engine to systematically test customer flows on our web site and simulate large events, like flash sales or Holiday shopping.

Work with dev teams to build and maintain customer flows and to change test flows when their software changes
Contribute code back to open source projects to fix bugs and add features needed by our team
Build sensors to monitor platform health and performance
Write tests to ensure release candidates don’t break existing users
Create and maintain deployment pipelines
Troubleshoot and fix the system when it breaks
Share the responsibility of being on-call
 

You own this if you have...
Proficiency with software development in a well-known language, Go preferred

Proficiency with Linux SysOps tasks
Experience using Docker in production
Can write clean, readable code
Familiarity with networking, comp sci stuff, and distributed systems
Eager to learn and soak in new information

Experience with Dispatcher / Worker architecture preferred

Experience with Load Test, Capacity Test, or Resiliency Test concepts and tools a plus
