 We are looking for talented Sr Software Developer to work in Chicago, IL.

 Every project will be different, but you’ll always be responsible for:

•  Analyze and create restful services utilizing Spring Boot that can support new functionalities to the application.
• Utilize Swagger to describe the Restful APIs.
• Add new specifications to the YAML file and utilize maven goals to generate the required interfaces, POJOs and request/response objects.
• Analyze and work on Apache Ignite In Memory Cache to load the data from the Oracle database.
• Write queries to fetch data from the cache and serve it through the Rest APIs.
• Work on Oracle DB to join multiple tables in order to fetch the right data to be loaded into the Ignite cache.
• Design and develop unit test cases to validate the data returned by the Rest APIs.
• Create a small automation framework that can run against test, stage and prod environment to test the Rest APIs and also check the performance for various use cases and data sets.
• Create CI/CD pipeline to automate Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery of the application.
• Configure the Jenkins file to use docker agents to execute the Maven goals.
• Generate surfire reports summarizing the test cases executed utilizing JUnit plugin of Jenkins and Jacoco plugin.
• Utilize Maven JGIT flow plugin to manage releases. Facilitate the Test, Stage and Production deployments as required.

Education and Experience Required:

•  Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field and 36 months of experience.
