Direct team of Developers who are working with offshore and onshore development teams to provide technical guidance and manage projects while maintaining HIPAA standards and security protocols. Direct team of Developers who are using their knowledge of and experience with high volume, transactional, multi-tenant wellness incentive account management and patient health record management systems. Lead team of Developers who are performing the following duties: Infrastructure management by installing and configuring new Weblogic instances that conform to all HIPPA and related security standards; architecting and designing TEST/QA/PROD infrastructure; performance monitoring and enhancement; Server migrations; Migration of existing Infrastructure to Openshift. Direct team of Developers who are deploying and maintaining health and wellness incentive applications across multiple, clustered weblogic and Openshift Docker containers. Supervise team of Developers who are leading and managing Java code reviews as well as enforcing standards and conventions.

Lead team of Developers who are modifying existing health and wellness incentive program software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance. Direct team of Developers who are debugging and supporting existing and new applications. Direct team of Developers who are working with offshore and onshore development teams to provide technical guidance and manage projects. Direct team of Developers who are working with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design systems and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces for health and wellness incentive applications. Supervise team of Developers who are designing, developing and supporting systems using Oracle databases designed specifically to support wellness incentive patient biometric data, reward account management, and incentive participation tracking. Supervise team of Developers who are working with 3^rd party manufacturers of fitness devices, including but not limited to pedometers, heart rate monitors, sleep monitors, and scales to architect and design extensible integrations for large volume data transfers using the relevant technologies.

Must have a Bachelor’s or equivalent* degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study plus 2 years’ experience in the job offer or willing to accept 2 years’ experience doing duties of team members the Senior Technical Architect will now be leading, directing and supervising duties of. *"Will accept foreign 3-year bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study in lieu of United States 4-year bachelor degree.
