About the Role:

The Strategy Analyst role will own the data-driven strategy and analytics approach within several cross-functional strategic initiatives that are key to Pampered Chef’s growth. They will develop insights to drive decisions, evaluate opportunities for growth, and support the entire life-cycle of projects, from brainstorm through execution and evaluation.

What You'll Do:

• Quantify the impact of improving the customer experience in our live and digital channels
• Analyze internal sales data and external social media data to develop insights that will guide future initiatives
• Project the impact of launching new programs and help drive the process to bring them to market
• Design pilots and quickly scale tactics that increase our field sales performance
• Analyze and explain how different business levers are impacting the business and where our opportunities are to drive growth
• Help shape our organization's data and technology roadmap

What Skills You'll Need:

• 2+ years of experience
• Academic background in business, analytics, statistics, or related field. Undergraduate college degree or equivalent experience
• Hands on experience working with complex data
• Experience with tools like R, SQL, SAS, or Python, or a demonstrated ability to learn and apply new skills quickly
• Business mindset – able to connect data-driven insights to the broader business needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to succinctly communicate insights and recommendations that drive action
• Intellectually curious with a passion for exploring complex questions
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Eager to be challenged and self-motivated to continuously improve
• Ability to work well within a small, high-performing team
