Job Description

Master’s or Bachelor’s in computer science or related field

● 8+ years’ experience in Infrastructure technologies managing 24x7x365 command center operations and SEV1 incident response

● 5+ years’ experience managing a team of at least 10 team members, preferably managing shift-based employees

● Required experience with the following technologies required: Windows, Linux, Storage (Netapp, Pure, Veritas), Cisco UCS, VMware, LogicMonitor

● Preferred experience with Citrix, general networking technologies

● Must be able to work in rotational Shifts

● Must be available on call for escalations as needed

● Experience managing staff shifts and creating shift coverage across multiple technology towers

Qualifications
