Department OverviewOur MSI CTO Systems and Solutions team consists of multiple standalone scrum teams developing emerging solutions and business-aligned projects. We develop and integrate video solutions, analytics features and sensor systems for more streamlined operations while bringing to life highly innovative end-to-end products, including AI-powered fever detection and a remote drone piloting system. We are also responsible for the creation and continuous development of the Orchestrate workflow management ecosystem for MSI Safety Reimagined portfolio.
Job DescriptionThe Orchestrate Team is responsible for building the Orchestrate Platform including application, database, and services used to provide user friendly integrations between disparate Motorola Solution products. Our team members work in full stack team(s) to design, develop, test, deploy and manage all aspects of the product and platform. As a specialist in test automation, you will develop and integrate automated test cases into a CI/CD pipeline while participating as a full member of our Agile scrum team. What we are looking for:
Demonstrated experience with Cucumber and Selenium or other web automation frameworks
Knowledge of CI/CD tools and task automation via shell scripting
Experienced in developing and executing performance test scenarios
Understanding of machine virtualization and a strong desire to develop tools and simulators
Familiar with test management tools such as TestRail, Azure Test Plan or Zephyr
Passion for developing clean and easy to maintain software with high-quality standards
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated working experience with REST API testing and automation
Experience with Azure Build/Release Pipeline
Knowledge of object-oriented design methodologies, threading, and resource management

Basic RequirementsBachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in a technical position or Master's degree in a relevant field
