What are some social events your company does?
We have a couple of holiday parties every year where people can unwind and have fun. Also, there are always things that people are doing around the office that anyone can join in on: Bake sales, tech talks, going out for a drink after work. The people here certainly know to have fun when they want to!
What projects are you most excited about?
I really enjoy working with “managed apps,” which keeps clients’ sites and applications the most updated. These projects enable me to get a variety of expertise in all the different platforms we support. I’m a part of all our clients’ implementations, which is challenging and rewarding, and enables me to work with all kinds of clients and teams.
What makes someone successful on your team?
Employees are most successful when they connect our business goals to their personal growth and career goals. One North continues to evolve in a strategic way to develop quality solutions for our clients’ most complex business challenges, so we’re always looking for new ideas and approaches to solve problems.

Our aim is to help our clients develop and advance their brands through digital strategy, brand & experience design and technology. Whether it’s helping our clients drive revenue, create stickier client relationships or attract, grow and retain talent, we are the glue that helps our clients engage their most important audiences.
What does career growth look like on your team?
You are very much encouraged to grow your career in the direction you choose, whether that’s a linear progression or something totally different. Thanks to my manager’s nurturing of my interests and the company’s support of my education and professional development, I was able to create my own career path and grow into my dream hybrid role.

One North also understands how critical it is for parents to bond with their new additions. We provide paid Parental and Primary Caregiver Leave to assist and support employees who experience a new birth, adoption or foster placement of a child.
