ThinkMarkets is seeking a strong Web Developer to take a lead role in architecting and building content management and multi-channel marketing solutions for ThinkMarkets. The key focus will lie on thinking creatively to leverage the strengths of Kentico to make seamless integrations possible. In this role, you will be collaborating with multiple departments global, including project management, marketing, and development to work on different layers of our business. A successful candidate will possess an unparalleled commitment to user experience, as well as a sophisticated approach to UI workflow and a commitment to quality internal and external applications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling UI and workflow components utilizing Kentico CMS
- Work with structured content, data template definition and inheritance/content engineering (content modelling metadata, schema, taxonomy)
- Collaborate efficiently with teammates to identify problems and solutions in working toward completion of project goal
- Direct architecture for security, performance, scale, UX, analytics, optimization
- Develop presentation components
- Develop integrations to external services and software
- Author and/or perform tests according to a given test plan and documents results
- Perform basic debugging in test and production environments
- Maintain and repair existing properties
- Create and maintain agile projects and tickets backlog in JIRA
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of web development experience
- Must have experience in Kentico xDB (Kentico 12 is a plus)
- Experienced in C#, ASP.NET, .NET MVC, MSSQL Server
- Knowledge of analytics and marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
- Kentico certification is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of IIS and Azure is preferred
