Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Entry Level Tool Coordinator to assist at our Jacksonville, Florida location.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Processes and moves production and other materials into and out of storage, production, and other locations to support the flow of production following standard work instructions.
  • Monitors work in process.
  • Communicates status of parts and materials using automated systems and manual reporting methods to insure parts availability.
  • Identifies and solves problems or discrepancies of limited scope with parts and materials using established procedures or processes.
  • Coordinates with various functions to set priorities, expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays.
  • Works under general supervision.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 1+ years of experience with Production Control/Materials Management
  • Physical ability to stand for duration of a shift; able to lift, carry, move and manipulate a large volume and variety of parts
  • 1+ years of experience with warehouse or logistics operations
  • 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Applications

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 1+ years of Tool Control experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Control, Manufacturing or Quality
  • Experience working in Cribmaster, Andon, and BESSY
  • Experience using lean manufacturing principles

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $44,200 - $59,800.
