We are one of the nation’s fastest-growing B2B startups, backed by YC, building the next generation of financial infrastructure. Our next chapter is launching a new ETF business focused on designing and managing our own ETFs, built to be faster to launch, smarter to manage, and more transparent for investors.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with the founders on ETF research, development, and launch strategy.

• Coordinate with legal teams, custodians, and index partners to bring funds to market.

• Develop scalable internal systems and AI-enhanced modeling for portfolio optimization.

• Conduct market research, backtesting, and risk/return analysis for new ETF products.

• Help shape the operational, analytical, and product foundations of the ETF business.

Who You Are

• Background in consulting, investment banking, sales and trading, or ETF-related fields.

• Strong analytical and quantitative foundation in finance, math, or economics.

• Thrives in fast-paced, high-autonomy startup environments.

• Comfortable switching between strategy and hands-on execution.

• Excited about applying AI and modern data infrastructure to ETF design and management.
