Position Details:
As the Executive Assistant, you will be supporting and reporting to the Sr. Director of the Insights, Data Engineering, and Analytics organization. You will also be supporting the Vice President of Infrastructure. You will be a first contact for general department inquiries, providing customer service and ensuring all incoming requests (e.g., emails, phone calls and visitors) are prioritized. You will manage responsibilities with a high degree of responsiveness. You can be based in either Lake Forest, IL or downtown Chicago on a hybrid (3 days per week) basis. Full-time remote candidates will also be considered.
Compensation:
The position is hourly and will pay between $26.30 to $39.47. The range provided is a guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Other factors that are involved in offer decisions include, and are not limited to: a candidate's experience, qualifications, geographical area, and internal equity of the team.

You Will:
- Manage the two leader time through strategic and proactive calendar management and scheduling. Responsibilities may include managing invites, coordinating presentation content and handouts, recording meeting notes, action items, audio, scheduling and launching online content, facilitating online questions from attendees during meetings, troubleshooting technical and logistical issues, and organizing follow up activities.
- Be a partner to the leader by anticipating challenges and driving recommendations for solutions and process improvements.
- Create team meeting agendas and facilitate meeting logistics, including ensuring that meetings are kept on track.
- Manage business travel logistics, and expense reimbursement, while ensuring leader has necessary documentation for travel (domestic and international).
- Manage multiple electronic documents including composing, modifying, proofreading, or disseminating items such as: memos, reports, PowerPoint presentations, department site updates, surveys, organizational charts, or records management.
- Co-manage department's Teams and SharePoint sites.
- Maintain department supplies and manage associated budget; may own other department specific processes or activities.
- Participate in relevant department projects.
- Play a role within the broader GTG administrative team including onboarding and provide backup support for other administrative partners.
- Support the onboarding and departure process for department team members.
You Have:
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior management or C-Suite leaders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- An anticipatory approach, and experience managing complex administrative details and determining best approach/action to use in non-routine situations.
- Worked with detailed knowledge of business operations, organizations and relationships involved at top management levels.
- Gain a thoughtful understanding of the department and appropriate Company policies, procedures, and operations.
- 3+ years of experience improving operational efficiency.
- Ability to travel 1-2 times a year.
