We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our VP, Operations. This onsite role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment. Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the VP of Operations’ calendar, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing requests, and adjusting to shifting operational demands and urgent matters.
- Act as a key point of contact for the VP of Operations, liaising between internal departments (e.g., operations, supply chain, finance, HR) and external partners as needed.
- Support day-to-day operational activities by preparing meeting minutes, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-up on key initiatives and deliverables.
- Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive operational and personnel information with discretion.
- Track key operational metrics, deadlines, and project milestones; proactively identify risks or scheduling conflicts.
- Support special projects and initiatives led by the VP of Operations, including process improvements and cross-functional coordination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated competence through a combination of experience, education, and/or training.
- 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership, preferably in operations or a related function.
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules, coordinate multiple priorities, and support high-stakes operational activities.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with executives, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating complex travel arrangements.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Experience supporting operational processes, project tracking, or business functions is highly desirable.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, project management software, etc.).
- Basic financial and operational knowledge is a plus.

About Pure Lithium:
The base salary pay range for this position is $97,000 to $110,000 per year. Pure Lithium is a disruptive vertically integrated lithium metal battery technology company. Pure lithium combines lithium extraction, anode and battery production to produce the next-generation lithium metal battery, a step change improvement over today’s lithium-ion battery.
