Work will be in field with some travel required, willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends may be necessary.

We are actively looking to add an experienced Field Technician to our engaged and committed team." 

What You’ll Do  

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, explaining the installation process, demonstrating how to use the equipment, and answering any questions. 
  • Install and Troubleshoot Digital Screens: Efficiently install digital screens and associated hardware at customer locations, ensuring all components are securely and correctly mounted and provide ongoing troubleshooting.  
  • System Configuration: Configure digital screens to integrate with existing systems, including setting up software and testing for functionality. 
  • Quality Assurance: Perform thorough quality checks on all installations to ensure screens are functioning optimally and meet the company’s ambitious standards. 
  • Documentation: Create weekly routes, maintain accurate records of installations, including technical details, customer feedback, and any issues encountered during the process. 
  • Training and Support: Provide basic training to customers on how to use their new digital screens and offer ongoing support as needed. 
  • Travel: Travel to various customer sites as required, adhering to the company’s schedule and customer timelines. 

What We Need  

Technical Skills: 

  • Proven experience in installing and configuring digital screens, AV equipment, or similar technology. 
  • Familiarity with digital signage software and basic networking. 
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. 

Physical Ability: 

  • Capable of lifting and installing equipment (up to 55 lbs.) and working at heights with ladders. 
  • Comfortable with the physical demands of on-site installations. 

Customer Service: 

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a charismatic and approachable demeanor. 
  • Ability to communicate technical information to customers in a clear and understandable way. 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in the installation of digital signage or similar technologies. 
  • Knowledge of networking and digital media systems. 
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems.

Problem-Solving: 

  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to think on your feet and resolve issues efficiently. 


What You’ll Need to Succeed: 

Attention to Detail: 

  • Meticulous in ensuring that installations are precise, aesthetically pleasing, and functionally sound. 

Flexibility: 

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if necessary. 

Licenses/Certifications: 

  • A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required. 
  • Relevant certifications in installation or AV technology are a plus.
