Our home base is an old textile building that’s been turned into a hip office with exposed brick and duct work, windows we can actually open during the summer and an open floor plan – no cubicle life here. So what do we want from you?

Responsibilities:

• Organize, prioritize and summarize the content of incoming materials (i.e. phone calls, emails, interoffice communications), special requests and meetings
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and other executive events; informs attendees/participants of function dates and times, reserves meeting space
• Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions
• Offering administrative assistance across all departments
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects effectively, with a high degree of accuracy and in a timely manner
• Flexibility and willingness to take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed

Experience:

• A background in finance is preferred.
• Must be organized, self-directed, dependable, and flexible in this fast paced environment
• Superior time management skills with demonstrated ability to successfully handle multiple projects and assignments
• Ability to handle sensitive situations in a mature and confidential manner
• Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to efficiently create correspondence of all types
• Superior written and verbal commination skills
• Possess skillful knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook, and use of the Internet to research and create documents and materials.
• Bachelor’s degree
