What You'll Bring

A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance with an understanding of accounting principles and the ability to apply them

3+ years of experience in a professional accounting capacity, including experience with financial close process

Ability to independently manage and ensure completion of a wide variety of tasks/responsibilities

Strong analytical, time management and communication skills

Advanced excel skills

Continuous improvement mindset and abilities

We’d love to see:

CPA/MBA

Experience with PeopleSoft and/or Tableau

Experience with cross-functional departmental relationships and functions

Impact You'll Make

Complete the monthly/quarterly financial close for Shared Services

Responsible for the completion of the royalty and balance sheet reconciliation processes including timely resolution and explanation of variances

Identify and implement process improvements related to the company-wide royalty end-to-end processes

Subject-matter expertise and finance support of significant company expenditures

Provide consistent and reliable internal and external customer support

Routine interaction with other Finance, Business Intelligence, Sales and Operations departments

Opportunity to participate in highly visible projects throughout the organization
