What You'll Bring
2-4 years of professional accounting/finance experience
Experience using an ERP accounting system
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, including advanced Excel skills
Understanding of accounting rules and principles (GAAP knowledge) and close processes
Analytical ability and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage deadlines and work independently
Effectively communicate across various teams, including VPs/Directors/Managers
Comfortable working in a fast-paced matrix environment
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
What we’d love to see:
Experience with PeopleSoft, Hyperion, OneStream, Tableau
CPA or CPA candidate
Impact You'll Make
An opportunity to work in our corporate accounting team, supporting the U.S. Markets Accounting, Reporting and Consolidation team. Within this position, you will be directly involved with the monthly close and reporting process for various lines of business within the U.S. Markets organization.
Assist with month-end close process including preparing journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, variance analysis, etc.
Prepare/Consolidate Management Reporting; including Scorecards, Reporting Packages, etc.
Assist in the efficiency of accounting and reporting by streamlining manual processes
Participate in accounting topics and transactions, such as Revenue Recognition, Acquisitions, etc.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting as well as other duties as assigned
Work on special projects and interact with all levels throughout the company
Assist with creating and updating SOX documentation
